AW5083 welding procedure and welders performance qualifications.

Gebr. Van Wensveen in Werkendam has recently started with the fabrication of a large amount of aluminium "bow thrusters" ordered by Damen Shipyards. The qualification of the welding procedures and welders was witnessed by Bureau Veritas and found acceptable acc. EN ISO 15614-2 & BV Rules for shipping. At this moment, they have started with the production.
