Qualification plasma welding machine.

Several welding procedures and operators are qualified for the plasma welding machine at Machinefabriek De Gouwe in Gouda. The qualification is for welding RVS ASTM A240 type 316L, sheet thickness 8 mm, in 1 layer without any preparation in advance. This type of welding is used for the construction of prefab parts near the welds of huge storage tanks.
