Automatic wear resistant overlay welding on Hardox 400 "paddles".

At the "water treatment plant" in Meadowhead Scotland there were welded 180 parts with a hardfaced weld overlay. Because of this large number of welds and the complex position, we have used the "modular system" van Bug-O Systems (www.bugo.com) to perform the job by GMA-Welding in pulse mode.
