SAS Winches is currently building a number of huge winches for Allseas “Pieter Schelte "project.
The "Pieter Schelte" is currently the largest ship ever built, with 382 meters length and a width of 117 meters. The ship will be deployed to the removal of platforms and laying pipelines. LAB Verduyn BV. has been commissioned by both companies to provide the necessary support during the production of the "traction" and "storage" winches. Take a look at the animation of the Pieter Schelte on the Allseas website.
